Do I have to be home?
Not necessarily. If everything is somewhere we can reach — a driveway, garage, backyard or side gate — point it out ahead of time and go about your day. We'll send photos once the space is clear. If the items are inside, someone does need to let us in.
How fast can you get here?
Often same-day or next-day, depending on how the week is booked and where you are in the tri-county area. Send your request and you'll hear back with the earliest window we have. Up against a move-out date or an inspection? Say so and we'll work around it.
What happens to my things afterward?
Anything still usable — furniture, working appliances, household goods, building materials — is routed to donation or recycling first. What's genuinely done goes to a licensed disposal facility.
Do you handle estate and tenant cleanouts?
Yes, and we treat them differently than a garage purge. These jobs usually come at a hard time, so we work carefully, set aside anything personal or valuable for you to review, and keep the details to ourselves.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties — from Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens in the north down through Fort Lauderdale and into Miami, Kendall and Homestead. If you're just outside that stretch, ask and we'll usually make it work.
